Singapore, 6 February 2023 - ISDN Software Business (“ISDN”) announced that ITE College East has clinched the top prize at the ISDN Software Challenge 2022.
The final presentation, held on 13 Janaury 2023, saw three teams from ITE College East and Temasek Polytechnic compete for the top spot. Each team presented their solutions to advance industrial innovation, but the ITE College East team manged to impress the judges with their smart farming solution and emerge as the champions for this year with a $2000 prize award.
A special award was also given to another team from ITE College East to commend them for their creativity.
“The ISDN Innovation Challenge was created to encourage creativity and innovation in the next generation of manufacturing and industrial automation talents. We're heartened by the active participation of students in Singapore, and have witnessed many ideas that hold great potential in a real-world application,” said Mr GK Tay, Director of ISDN. "Once again, congratulations to the winning team from ITE College East for your outstanding work and presentation."
